Troubleshooting

It won't turn on

1. Restart - Unplug your Livegrid and plug it back in. Also try pressing the RST button on the back.
2. Touch on - It might be asleep. Touch the touch buttons to wake it up.
3. Replace cable and adapter - To make sure it's not the power supply, try using a different cable and adapter.

Cannot find Livegrid WiFi

1. Restart - Unplug your Livegrid and plug it back in, the hotspot stays on for a few minutes and then turns off.
2. Already connected - Your device might be already connected to the WiFi network. Use the touch menu to check WiFi info.
